Delivery of large order started

Lerocon have delivered the first 10 machines out of 47 in total. This is our largest order of Lerocon C-Frame Electric with integrated nut feeder.

The construction, testing and validation of the machines has been going on for some months and this work has gone very well.

5 Confeeder turn key robot cells for nut welding

Lerocon has received a new order for 5 turn key robot cells for nut welding. The robot cells is based on our Confeeder concept and each cell includes a Fanuc M10-robot with integrated vision system for guidance.

The robot cells will be delivered the first two quarters in 2015.

Lerocon AB is a privately owned company, based in Gislaved since its inception in 2003. Initially our focus was on service and support of special machines and resistance welding machines. Fairly soon we saw the need for a custom automation nut welding machine and began to produce the first models for the Lerocon Multi Weld.
