Nut Weld Construction to subcontract in the automotive industry

Lerocon offers a complete nut welding plant to subcontractors in the automotive industry. The plant includes the latest technology, Lerocons retail supply system "ConFeeder Twin" and C-Frame Electric nut welding. Vision systems are used for guiding the robots and all nut welding is done using Lerocon’s brand new C-Frame Electric. The machine has a production capacity of 1000 pieces per hour and has complete control of the entire process. As usual, Lerocon deliver complete equipment into operation and will initially run 11 different products in the cell.

It is very gratifying for us to deliver this robot cell. The delivery is further proof that we are at the forefront when it comes to automation and projection welding fasteners. The development of our new C-Frame Electric has been very successful and we now have a fantastic new product to offer the market.

Once again we are being asked to deliver a complete facility for handling and resistance welding. This robot cell will be based on Lerocon's ConFeeder and consist of 2 pieces – Lerocon ConFeeder Fanuc M20 for management and the Lerecon Fanuc 165F for welding. The equipment will start operating in Lerocon's premises in the Autumn to produce pre-series for clients.

3 piece robot cells will be delivered to a major supplier to the automotive industry this autumn. The cells will use Lerecon ConFeeder Fanuc M20 robots and the Lerocon Multiweld nut welding machine.

Lerocon AB is a privately owned company, based in Gislaved since its inception in 2003. Initially our focus was on service and support of special machines and resistance welding machines. Fairly soon we saw the need for a custom automation nut welding machine and began to produce the first models for the Lerocon Multi Weld.
